GENERAL TERMS OF SALE 2023<\/span><\/h2>\n

Every reservation must be confirmed with a credit card number.
\nFrom 6 nights\u2019 stays and\/or more than 4 rooms, a deposit will be required: 30% of the total stay amount will be asked.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Cancellation or no show<\/strong>
\n*For stays of less than 6 nights and\/or less than 4 rooms : their is no fees if canceled 3 full days before 10pm, otherwise their is 1 night charged per day considerated as too late.<\/p>\n

For reservations longer than 6 nights and\/or more than 4 rooms : in case of cancellation between 3 and 7 days prior arrival: the hotel will keep the total amount of the deposit for a next stay within 6 months (from the written reception of the cancellation). In case of cancellation within 3 days prior arrival, the hotel will keep the deposit.<\/p>\n

*In case of cancellation on arrival date, no show or shortened stay, the client accepts to be charged of the total amount of the initial stay on the given credit card.<\/p>\n

*Hotel gift vouchers : the conditions here above will be applied and will be deducted from the initial value of the gift voucher.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

Accepted payment methods: ch\u00e8ques vacances, credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), and cash (maximum \u20ac1,000). Amex are not accepted.<\/p>\n

Payment is made on site, except for non-cancellable and non-refundable reservations. In this case, the client agrees that the total amount of the stay will be charged.<\/p>\n

Arrival time<\/strong><\/p>\n

Every reservation is maintained up to 6pm. Thank you to contact us in case of late arrival.
\nYour room is available from 3 pm on arrival date.<\/p>\n

Departure time<\/strong><\/p>\n

Check-out is before noon.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Restaurants<\/strong> \u00ab <\/strong>Bistrot du Bac <\/strong>\u00bb <\/strong>and \u00ab Les Trois Rochers <\/strong>\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n

We advise you to book a table in advance. Without prior booking, a table is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n

Animals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Animals are allowed at the hotel (15\u20ac per day per animal). They have to be kept on a lead. However, they are accepted in the restaurant.
\nDamages noticed after departure will be charged on the credit card .<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Tobacco<\/strong><\/p>\n

The hotel is entirely non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms is strictly forbidden. In case of damages caused by cigarettes or inability to rent the room, we will charge 50% of the night rate as compensation.<\/p>\n

Parking<\/strong><\/p>\n

Their no parking, in front of the hotel it is a walk way.<\/p>\n

Consumer Code
\nWe recall the possibility for consumers to contact the MEDIATEUR DU TOURISM ET DU TRAVEL in the event of a conflict related to your service.
